Proposed Bylaw Change
The LLPOA Board of Directors is proposing a suggested change in the bylaws
to allow for members under special circumstances, to request a payment plan.
The wording of the change is below:
Any member with special circumstances must notify the Financial Secretary no
later than March 31 of those circumstances and can request, upon showing of
those special circumstances, an installment payment plan. However all
installments must be paid by June 30 and are still subject to the late fee.
If full payment is not made by June 30 that member is no longer considered a
member in good standing and their membership is considered to be lapsed.
